Personally i do not think the web/printer files need to be there. I did look for them and apparently they arnt there... though i do have file and print sharing... kinda wierd. .... So who thinks if i decided to to restore from this it will mess it up...

Im want to ghost it but anyone know any free ghost programs out there?

wow that doesn't look too good, I don't run a Microsoft server unfortunately so i have little to no knowledge about your problem, I plan on getting one soon.
