Hello friends
I am desiging a site and I asked this other guy for help and he said to use frames before I use Flash, Applets or JavaScripts. What do you guys think? I have a long page that I am using a static menu on but he suggested using frames cause he says it would load quicker. Do you think that is correct?

While it is possible that frames may load quicker, they are the spawn from hell, as far as I'm concerned. I use simple css mixed up with php for a decent site.

A link to the site would be great...btw....or a place to look at what you have so far.

theres nothing wrong with javascript :D. But like bob said handling the information server-side is the best way to go because it will not require flash js or applets
